The Most Unique Pickup

Published May 12th, 2016 by Craig Chormann

This may be the most unique vehicle we've ever had used to pick up an order from Quadrant. The boys at the George Eastman Museum arrived in a 1919 Peerless to pickup up their glass. A perfect car for such a perfect day!

We just took delivery on two new Ford Transit delivery vans. A big thank you to Glen Moorhouse at DeCarolis and all the folks at SignsNow Rochester. They turned out great and the drivers are beyond happy. Look for them soon!!

The Weather Outside is Frightful

So when does Quadrant decide to cancel a delivery route? It's a very tough call, much like school superintendents face each time we have a severe snow storm. We know how important it is to get your delivery on time. You've made promises to customers and hate to disappoint them. But sometimes, Mother Nature has other ideas.  I have to balance your need for delivery with our driver's safety. Today it's snowing hard with lousy visibility and no immediate signs of improvement. It is a pretty easy call to cancel the route. But there are days when it's not so clear cut. I will always err on the side of safety, leaving my drivers with the final decision.

Congratulations Cindy B.!

Cindy Bailey celebrates her 17th anniversary with Quadrant today. How we put up with her all those years is beyond me! In all seriousness, she plays a key role in keeping our customer service at a high level. So congratulate her when she answers the phone!!
